There will be no Clinical Coding Audit Workshop during 2022/23 whilst we review all our materials and dedicate more time to develop our training courses to reflect changing work practice and user needs forced upon us by the pandemic.

Instead, 2022/23 will be used to focus our efforts on adopting a user-centred design approach to drive the development process and reap the benefits of blended learning solutions, where appropriate, such as:

• flexibility in presenting content
• increasing effectiveness by providing different learning experiences
• reducing costs for employee and trainer by hosting live events online
• bringing efficiencies in delivery by accessing more people
• catering for different learning styles through different media and techniques
• accommodating new ways of working and maintaining high quality of materials / courses
